Heather de Gortari has always loved the hospitality industry and being able to celebrate both the joys and successes of one’s life and career achievements.    Heather attended Purdue University where she majored in Hospitality and Tourism Management with an emphasis in restaurant management. 

To date, most of her career has been spent in luxury hotel and private club environments doing catering and event management in Denver, Boston, and now Northwest Indiana.  

Heather joined the Meeting Achievements team in early 2020 looking to get back to her hospitality roots after working in a medical family practice office and has enjoyed learning about the CME Meeting planning as well as obtaining a wealth of knowledge about virtual events and the ever-evolving direction of the industry!   

Heather loves the challenge of taking an event from an idea all the way through fruition and genuinely loves the satisfaction of a successful event where one can celebrate the great successes of life and career.   Overall, she strives to embody the art of hospitality through her interactions with every client she encounters!
